Salman Sarwar Butt

CEO

Salman brings 35+ years of retail and consumer banking experience, with senior leadership roles across Pakistan and Asia Pacific, including at Citibank and ABN AMRO. As CEO of Green Peak, he helps financial institutions build sustainable growth and operational excellence. He is also the founder of Reset, Green Peak's industry platform for retail banking.

Danny Sidhwa

COO

Danny brings over two decades of experience across finance and management, including senior roles at Coca-Cola and A.F. Ferguson & Co. As COO, he oversees Green Peak's operations, finance, and day-to-day delivery across every engagement.

Hassan Tariq

Director, HR & Ops

Hassan has over 22 years in HR operations and outsourcing, with experience at Faysal Bank and ABN AMRO. At Green Peak, he helps banks manage large-scale HR outsourcing and workforce needs.

AISHA KHAN

Director, Marketing & Communications

Aisha's background spans design, communications, marketing, and banking, with roles at frog design, USA and ABN AMRO. At Green Peak, she leads Marketing and Communications. She helped design and build Reset from its earliest days.

SHABNAM MINHAS

Director, Training & Development

Shabnam brings 25+ years of banking leadership, building inclusive teams across ABN AMRO and Citibank. An MBA Gold Medalist from IBA and founder of VisionHer, she is CDCS certified with deep expertise in trade finance and TBML. At Green Peak, she leads training programs on building high-performing, diverse teams.

BINA NAZAR

Director, Industry Engagement & Reset Lead

Bina leads Green Peak's industry engagement initiatives and the Reset platform, working with senior industry leaders and regulators to build executive learning programs and consulting initiatives. An economist by training, she brings over two decades of experience in education, leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

SAAD MASOOD KHAN

Director, Green Peak People

Saad has over 12 years across corporate banking, retail banking, and management advisory. He previously led Global Relationship Management at Citibank Netherlands, and co-founded Kalm.pk HR services.

AMANULLAH MEHAR

Senior Executive, Green Peak People

Aman leads Green Peak's day-to-day HR operations, covering payroll, recruitment, training coordination, and policy management. Certified in HR practice from NED University, he previously co-founded The Grades Academy before moving into HR.

HADIQA AWAIS

Management Associate

Hadiqa is a graduate of the Institute of Business Management, with prior experience at HBL and DIBP in talent acquisition. At Green Peak, she supports talent management and helps build workplaces where people perform at their best.
