Salman Sarwar Butt
CEO
Salman brings 30 years of Retail and Consumer Banking experience, having held senior leadership roles across Pakistan and Asia Pacific. His career spans ABN AMRO, RBS, NIB, and Citibank, where he built expertise in banking operations, customer experience, and business growth. As CEO of Green Peak International, he helps financial institutions drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and transformation. He is also the founder of Reset — Pakistan's dedicated retail banking conference.
Danny Sidhwa
COO
Our COO, Danny, has over two decades of experience working in the world of finance and management. Over the years, he has held integral roles in Coca-Cola, Roche Pharma, Cinepax Ltd, Lowe Advertising, and A.F Ferguson & Co.
Hassan Tariq
Director Human Resources & Ops
Hassan has 22+ years in HR operations and outsourcing, with experience at Faysal Bank, RBS, ABN AMRO, and HRS Global. He helps banks manage large-scale HR outsourcing and workforce needs.
AISHA KHAN
Director, Marketing & Communications
Aisha's background spans design, communications, marketing, banking, and FMCG, with roles at frog design, ABN AMRO, and Getz Pharma. At Green Peak, she leads Relationship Manager development and helped build reset from the ground up.
SHABNAM MINHAS
Director Training & Development
Shabnam brings 25+ years of banking leadership, building inclusive teams across ABN AMRO, RBS, Faysal Bank, and Citibank. An MBA Gold Medalist from IBA and founder of VisionHer, she advocates for women's advancement in leadership and conducts programs on building high-performing diverse teams. CDCS certified with deep expertise in Trade Finance and TBML.
BINA NAZAR
Director, Industry Engagement & Reset Lead
Bina leads Green Peak's industry engagement initiatives and the RESET platform, driving strategic dialogue and collaboration across Pakistan's banking and financial services ecosystem. She works closely with senior industry leaders, regulators and corporate stakeholders to develop industry platforms, executive learning programs and consulting initiatives that enhance organizational capability and support sector-wide transformation. An economist by training, she brings over two decades of experience in education, leadership and stakeholder engagement.
SAAD MASOOD KHAN
Director, GPI People
Saad has 12+ years across corporate banking, retail banking, and management advisory. He previously led Global Relationship Management at Citibank Netherlands, and co-founded Kalm.pk HR services.
