Senior Trainer

Zehra is a practicing psychologist with 27 years of experience in child protection, gender-based violence, DEI, and psychosocial support. At Green Peak, she trains teams on self-development, assertiveness, stress management, and mental health at work.

Sohail Muhammad Ali

Communication & DEI Specialist

Sohail brings over 20 years in capacity building, DEI, and ESG advisory, including strategic advisory work for the World Bank. At Green Peak, he leads the Complaint Communication Excellence and Inclusive Leadership Excellence programs.

NADIA SAYEED

Senior Trainer

Nadia has 26 years in academia at IBA and corporate training through IBA's Centre for Executive Education, working with banks including HBL and Bank Alfalah. A Korn Ferry certified leadership coach, she specializes in communication, leadership development, and workplace inclusion.
